Lisa Connor, the Homeschool Veteran, is a passionate educator and homeschool advocate. With more than 10,000 hours of homeschooling experience, she has a hosts of wisdom to provide families who are just deciding to homeschool or who have reached a bump in the road.
Lisa’s homeschooling journey had a bumpy start. After one of her children struggled in the public school system, she removed her child mid-year and made the decision to homeschool. Since then, she has homeschooled all of her children and counseled numerous parents, from teaching parents how to best engage their child’s learning abilities to establishing a community for children to develop imperative social skills.
With three of her four children graduated and the youngest finishing up high school, Lisa dedicates her time to guiding parents through the world of homeschooling. She aims to provide homeschooling families with resources, exciting curriculum and community in order to achieve the best possible experience for parents and children.
